• Payroll Responsibilities (Compensation & Benefits) : End to end processing. Managing monthly salary, allowance, and deduction calculation
• Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local labour laws, including epf, sosco, EIS, PCB (tax) and HRDF submissions.
• Data Accurancy & Auditing : Maintain accurate personel record in payroll systems, reconcile payroll accounts and prepare for internal/external audits.
• Prepare monthly reports, bank files for salary disbursement and variance analysis for management review. Annual EA Form, employer tax filins undertaken by organization.
• Manage recruitment, job positiing and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirement and conduct interviews.
• Implement and monitor HR policies, procedure and employee relation. Manage employee relation by addressing disciplinary matter and staff communication.
• Oversee foreign worker recruitment and administration including work permit, renewal and related documents.
