Job Description & Requirements

The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the beauty salon/clinic, ensuring smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and strong business performance. This role focuses on staff management, operational efficiency, and sales growth.


1. Daily Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day salon/clinic operations
• Ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2. Staff Management & Training

• Recruit, train, and supervise beauticians and support staff
• Prepare work schedules and manage attendance
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
• Foster a positive and productive work environment

3. Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Promote services, packages, and retail products
• Implement marketing campaigns and promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to customers

4. Customer Service Excellence

• Ensure high standards of customer service
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations
• Build customer loyalty and retention strategies

5. Inventory & Supplies Management

• Monitor stock levels of beauty products and equipment
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment
• Minimise wastage and control costs
