About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Façade Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of façade projects. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between design, engineering, and site teams while keeping projects on track in terms of timeline, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate façade design, engineering, fabrication, and installation activities

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment

Track project schedules, deliverables, and milestones

Prepare and manage project documentation, drawings, and reports

Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submissions

Monitor site progress and support issue resolution during installation

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

Support procurement and logistics coordination for façade materials

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in façade, curtain wall, or building envelope projects

Familiarity with façade systems (e.g., curtain wall, cladding, glazing)

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM tools is an advantage

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
