Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive to support fundraising, partnership, and donor engagement. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, covering fundraising campaigns, sponsorship development, donor management, and event project management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet fundraising targets and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising and Partnerships

  • Support the development and execution of fundraising strategies, campaigns, and concepts to meet annual fundraising targets.
  • Research, identify, and cultivate potential donors, sponsors and corporate partners.
  • Draft compelling sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and funding appeals aligned with donor and corporate CSR objectives.
  • Assist in securing and managing partnerships, ensuring clear deliverables and sustained engagement.

Donor Management and Stewardship

  • Maintain and update donor databases, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing donors through regular engagement, updates and impact reporting.
  • Prepare donor reports, stewardship materials, and impact updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct donor analysis to support donor retention, upgrading and long-term engagement strategies

Event Project Management

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting fundraising events and campaigns from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up.
  • Serve as secretariat for event committees, including arranging meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Support event logistics such as vendor coordination, sourcing quotations, preparation of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order, timeline tracking and on-site execution.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during events, including volunteer coordination, and donor liaison, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in tracking event budgets and expenses, working closely with the Head of Department to ensure financial accountability. 


Marketing and Communications Support

  • Work with the communications team to support the development of marketing materials such as invitations, EDMs, posters and social media content.
  • Assist with digital and social media promotion to drive awareness and participation for fundraising initiatives.

Administrative and Reporting Support

  • Prepare post-event reports, donor acknowledgements and thank-you communications.
  • Assist with grant applications and reporting for project-based funding.
  • Support budget planning, monitoring and administrative processes for fundraising projects and initiatives.


Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • Diploma, or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in partnership development, fundraising, event management or non-profit organisations. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong interest may be considered.  
  • Experience in writing sponsorship proposals, appeal letters and presentation decks is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational skills.
  • Meticulous and good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Liaison across teams and build effective relationships with donors, sponsors, vendors and partners.
  • Experience in donor management, fundraising events, or arts-related organisations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with administrative work, financial tracking, and event-related documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content creation platforms such as Canva, and donation platforms such as Giving.sg is an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
