We are looking for a Business Coordinator to support trading operations and ensure smooth coordination across sales, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners within the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipment execution, logistics arrangements, and customs clearance activities
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation accurately and promptly
• Support sales activities through coordination with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Issue and manage sales and purchase contracts in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and trading procedures
• Prepare periodic business reports, including GP and outstanding contract reports
• Monitor business activities and support operational efficiency within the trading team

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading operations, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• A reliable team player who values structure, collaboration, and attention to detail.
