Job Summary

You will lead and coordinate construction projects, managing contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality, and safe project delivery while resolving design issues and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site construction activities by managing contractors and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update project progress to meet established targets and deadlines
• Independently manage construction activities to ensure continuous progress and adherence to project plans
• Supervise and lead the project team to complete construction within the required timeframe
• Resolve design-related issues promptly during construction to avoid delays and maintain quality
• Ensure work quality by enforcing health and safety standards on site to comply with regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and government agencies to align project objectives and requirements
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful and timely project delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management
