Employment Type: Contract
The role is for two (2) years, with option to extend for an additional one (1) year.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of preparedness and resilience programmes
• Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, public sector agencies, service providers, and programme partners
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, engagement activities, and capability development programmes
• Manage programme operations, logistics, schedules, registrations, and administrative processes
• Support stakeholder communications, publicity efforts, and programme outreach activities
• Maintain programme databases, records, statistics, feedback collection, and reporting documentation
• Monitor programme performance, support reporting and process improvement efforts
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and engagement sessions
• Support operational planning and implementation for engagement and preparedness initiatives
• Support other duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Emergency Management, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in programme coordination, stakeholder and community engagement, or related functions
• Experience working with community groups, non-profit organisations, public sector agencies, or training coordination will be advantageous
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders professionally
• Willing to support evening, weekend, or after-office-hours engagements when required
• Positive attitude, proactive, and detail-oriented
