Job Summary

Support the Project Manager by overseeing construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, managing contractor interfaces, and preparing progress and method reports to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities by planning, implementing, and monitoring work schedules aligned with the master and detailed work programs to ensure project milestones are met
• Liaise with consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and safety standards
• Manage interfaces with other contractors to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth project integration
• Prepare detailed project progress reports for the Project Manager and Project Director to track project status and inform decision-making
• Develop and submit method statements to outline construction procedures and ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements
• Monitor ongoing construction activities to identify and address potential delays or issues promptly
