We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a temporary 4-month contract basis (opportunity for permenant). The candidate will be stationed at the front counter and assist with daily customer service operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product or service enquiries
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Provide basic technical support and guidance
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Deliver customer service via phone, email, live chat, and walk-in interactions
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to work independently and responsibly
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
