Responsibilities
ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST
JOB SUMMARY
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and greet all customers who visit the Centre. Your responsibility including answering phone call, reply messages, coordinate front-desk activities, managing classes, handle administrative work and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
RECEPTIONIST DUTIES
· Ensuring all walk-in inquiries are attended promptly and appropriately.
· Provide front desk reception duties which include handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers in timely manners.
· Guides customers throughout the registration and on-boarding process.
· Deliver customer care to every student and family member, getting to know customer by name, answering questions and dealing with any challenges in a good manner.
· Respond to all customer inquiries across all channels (including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Email) in timely manner.
· To maintain good image of the office facilities at all times by doing some basic cleaning to ensure the office area is clean and safe to use.
ADMIN DUTIES
· Take student attendance & replacement class.
· Collect and processing payment.
· Coordinate between coaches and customer as required.
· Attend weekly staff meetings.
· Managing document filling and general office admin work.
· Check and update stock list, office & centre utilities.
· Assist on company advertising in social media.
· Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Equivalent.
· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
· Positive working attitudes and highly responsible.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill.
· Good time management skills.
· Polite and good phone etiquette.
· Proficiency in major languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Computer Literate in Microsoft Excel and Words.
· Ability to professionally evaluate and escalate problems/issues promptly when necessary.
· Strong in planning, organizing skills, innovative and creative.
· Candidates without experience, but possess positive attitude and fast learner are encouraged to apply.
· Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
· Required to work 6 days a week.
- Tuesday to Friday (2pm-9pm), Sat & Sun (8.30am-7pm). Rest day on weekday.
