Job Summary

Assist project management by supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality, timeliness, safety, and compliance with Singapore regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects to meet schedules, project requirements, and quality standards
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures, progress reports, claims, sequences of work, and other technical documents to support project execution
• Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Implement workplace safety and health practices aligned with Singapore regulations to maintain a safe site environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize project delays

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry, preferably in HDB, LTA, and commercial projects
• Proficiency in NCE applications and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and communication
• Familiarity with LTA/PUB projects and relevant regulations and safety protocols to ensure compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical, supervisory, and communication skills
• Strong technical report writing and problem-solving skills
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license
