Job Duties:

• Supervise, train, mentor and motivate a team of delivery drivers and assistants.
• Planning drivers' delivery routes and delivery assistants on their monthly duty rosters.
• To cover main drivers' delivery route and/ or on stand-by duties for other deliveries.
• To take over driver who did not show up (e.g., urgent leave/ MC/ annual leave).
• Responsible to arrange substitution of drivers who is on leave/ MC to rearrange or deployment of delivery.
• Investigate and resolve delivery related complaints and discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all drivers completed daily deliveries and return vehicles before leaving the company.
• Record all vehicle servicing reports, inspection, cleaning and washing under your supervision.
• Submitting drivers' daily sign-in, sign-out report sheet and OT to HR and other miscellaneous administration work.
• Arrange driver for company's special delivery.
• Help company to reduce and control drivers' overtime.


Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Class 3 driving license with clean driving records.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects as work may inclusive in some physical activities such as inspecting vehicles or assisting loading and unloading of goods.
