Job Description
- Develop and customise IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ITAM workflows with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with asset management policies.
- work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and optimise the performance of ITAM processes and tools.
- Provide technical help and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITAM-related issues.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for ongoing use.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ServiceNow ITAM Developer should have:
- Proficiency in configuring and customising the ServiceNow ITAM module.
