Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics operations, particularly in inbound and outbound processes.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure in warehouse or logistics operations are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Able to analyze operational issues and recommend practical improvement solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analysis tools.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and compliance standards is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
- Ensure accurate receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, and delivery processes.
- Plan and execute warehouse improvement projects and operational enhancement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with internal departments, transporters, suppliers, and customers.
- Study operational issues related to warehouse and logistics processes, and propose improvement plans to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy through proper documentation and system updates.
- Plan and manage warehouse space utilization to optimize storage capacity and operational flow.
- Ensure cost effectiveness in warehouse and logistics operations, including manpower and transportation utilization.
- Handle safety, health, and compliance matters within the warehouse and logistics environment, and propose corrective or preventive actions when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports, collect and analyze data, and present findings to management for decision-making purposes.
- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Execute tasks, assignments, or projects as directed by the Manager or Company.
