Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Affiliate Executive to support the growth of our affiliate and partnership channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with creators, influencers, affiliates, and strategic partners while managing campaigns and driving business growth through strong relationship management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Affiliate Outreach & Onboarding
    • Source and identify potential affiliates, creators, KOLs, publishers, and strategic partners aligned with brand objectives.
    • Conduct outreach via email, direct messaging, affiliate platforms, and networking channels.
    • Manage affiliate onboarding processes including registration, briefing, tracking setup, commission structure communication, and content guideline sharing.
    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of active affiliate partners.
  2. Daily Affiliate Operations & Execution
    • Coordinate daily affiliate activities to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
    • Monitor affiliate performance, traffic, conversions, and sales contributions.
    • Support creators with campaign briefs, product information, promo codes, tracking links, and creative assets.
    • Ensure affiliates comply with campaign timelines and brand standards.
    • Troubleshoot operational issues related to tracking, reporting, or campaign execution.
  3. Campaign Coordination
    • Coordinate affiliate campaigns across marketing calendars, promotions, product launches, and seasonal activations.
    • Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, E-commerce, Design, and Operations.
    • Track campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports.
    • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and optimized for performance.
  4. Affiliate Relationship Management
    • Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with affiliates and creators.
    • Follow up consistently to improve engagement and activation rates.
    • Support retention of high-performing affiliates through proactive communication and relationship building.
    • Help diversify affiliate contribution and reduce over-reliance on a small number of creators.
  5. Partnership Support
    • Assist in identifying and coordinating brand collaborations and partnership opportunities.
    • Support partnership communications, negotiation preparation, and execution.
    • Manage partner deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration and successful outcomes.
    • Contribute to revenue growth through strategic affiliate and partnership initiatives.
