Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any related field.
  • Business Development Track Record: 2 to 5 years of direct experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or corporate partnership acquisition.
  • Must-Have: Proven experience working within a Media Agency or Social Media Agency. You must deeply understand digital assets and content monetization.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets, closing new brand accounts, and driving agency revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of social media monetization, digital ad space, and content trends.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English 
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable pitching directly to brand managers and corporate clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital media environment.
  • Possess own transport

Job Description:

Collaborate with the Management and Operations team to identify market gaps, build strategic partnerships, and unlock fresh commercial opportunities. We want a hunter who can think out of the box to build a sustainable, scalable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Income Streams & Ideation: Brainstorm and execute innovative strategies to create fresh sources of income and high-margin revenue models for the company.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Actively hunt, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands, platforms, and external stakeholders.
  • Revenue Automation: Identify and set up automated sales funnels or systems to increase overall revenue efficiency and scalability.
  • End-to-End Sales Execution: Fully own the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting and cold outreach to developing pitch decks, leading client presentations, and closing deals.
