• Assist course coordinator in class timetabling and hiring of course tutors.
• Work with Colleges/Schools, and tutorial instructors on arrangement of class allocation and teaching assignments.
• Point of contact and support to students and schools on all matters related to course.
• Handle and manage course venue booking, registration, attendance, and assessments.
• Assist in organising transferable skills programmes for all research students.
• Manage any administrative matters related to course and transferable skill programme
• Support in any other academic-related programmes/matters, if any.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
