  • Good communication and writing in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese language is Needed as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Good attitude and organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Details and multi-tasking, flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
  • Required skills: Strong analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving skills, good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and staff. Ability to deal with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Responsible for submitting and managing cases in the system, following up on activations, updating the latest contract & information in the database, ensuring cases are tracked until closure, and collecting devices and payments as required.
  • Provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing, maintaining, organizing and executing an efficient documentation and filing.
  • Handling case submission and follow up until closed bill.
  • Responsible in Full Set Account.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the accounting and finance departments
  • Handling day-to-day account receivables and payables, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports, bank reconciliations, and assist in budget planning as required
  • Daily transaction of AP, AR, and others payment issuing like claim, utilities & etc.
  • Handling staffs attendance, payroll preparation and ensure statutory contributions are made on time.
  • To liase with company secretary, auditor and tax agent and to communicate with workshop manager/workers to ensure smooth running of the financial related matters and accounting
  • Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, submission, KPI record, data entry, and correspondence
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the business.
  • Responsible in overall administration and proactive with good follow-up skills and organizational skills
  • To perform submission and activation for our customer, key in database and some coordination and administration related work
  • And any other duties assigned
