Background: Diploma or above (Logistics, International Trade, or Business English preferred).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in logistics or freight forwarding customer service with basic import/export knowledge.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin (vital for China HQ communication).
Core Competencies: Highly time-conscious, emotionally resilient under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Location: Willing to work near Penang Airport

Company : Shanghai Chenmao International Logistics Co., Ltd. (China)
The Bridge: Serve as the main point of contact for local clients and our China HQ team for all order instructions.
The Tracker: Monitor real-time shipment statuses and provide precise, daily in-transit reports.
The Problem Solver: Identify delay risks early (customs, flights, etc.), alert stakeholders, and execute contingency plans.
The Guardian: Manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and secure final Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
