Who We’re Looking For
Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Comfortable taking responsibility on the shop floor
Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Tamil is a plus)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and organised
Able to work retail hours, including weekends
*Cheese or specialty food knowledge is not required, training will be provided.
* Open to candidates of all age groups

The Role
As Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead, you will play a key role in:
daily store operations
customer service standards
execution on the shop floor
This is a hands-on role with responsibility, suited for someone who wants to strengthen their experience in retail operations and customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Explain products clearly and make recommendations
Handle customer enquiries and feedback
Maintain a consistent service standard in-store
Store Operations
Operate POS and handle payments
Prepare, slice, pack and label products correctly
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Maintain visual standards of the shop and displays
Daily Execution & Ownership
Support opening and closing procedures
Assist with stock receiving and basic inventory tracking
Identify and report operational issues
Follow and help improve store procedures (SOPs)
