Mechmar Boilers Hiring! Full Time COMMISSIONING - SERVICE ENGINEER in Selangor - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide engineering and technical support to the service team.
• Review new project technical data, especially related to control and instrumentation, electrical specifications, system requirements, electrical drawings, and component ratings.
• Generate single line diagrams and control flow charts for new boiler projects.
• Attend panel FAT before delivery.
• Ensure revised drawings are updated in the document pack after commissioning work is completed.
• Provide official training to clients when required, including classroom and on-site training.
• Assist in preparing service and commissioning procedures, documents, and checklists.
• Lead commissioning work for special designs, including power plant projects, boilers with new burner systems, and other special applications.
• Assist in boiler commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
• Prepare site visit reports when necessary.
• Lead small-scale projects, including work preparation, scheduling, commissioning, and final reporting, such as control system conversion, fuel conversion, and additional system works.
• Respond to urgent technical or service issues.
• Assist with technician arrangements when the Service & Commissioning Manager is absent.
• Assist the sales team with site assessments and technical or operational support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
