Responsibilities:

• Develop and improvise cost estimation work flow and procedure
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and timelines for ship repair and newbuilding projects
• Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to determine accurate scopes of work
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to verify cost inputs
• Participate in tender meetings, site inspections, and client discussions as required

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in ship repair, conversion, or newbuilding estimation
• Strong understanding of ship structures, systems, and repair procedures
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office
