  • Document as-is processes in detail and identify potential gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Analyze processes to recommend transformation opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
  • Collaborate with Investment Managers and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflow needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and process documentation to serve as groundwork for the PMS implementation project.
