Key Responsibilities

• Assist in vehicle registration to ensure all company vehicles are legally compliant
• Request insurance and bank release letters for vehicles as required
• Manage Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) registration for the fleet
• Receive invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
• Coordinate with Finance to request disposal invoices when necessary
• Update and maintain the vehicle ledger with accurate, up-to-date information
• Liaise with stakeholders to arrange installation of decals for vehicle checkout
