Regional Account Director | APAC RPO/ Managed Talent Solutions

This high-impact role oversees a sophisticated regional delivery hub in Kuala Lumpur, driving Lean Sigma process innovation and strategic P&L performance for a complex, white-collar workforce across multiple APAC markets.

What are the Strategic Objectives?

  • Transition to Advisory: Evolve the delivery model from reactive filling to a proactive, solution-oriented capability.
  • Operational Navigation: Master data-driven storytelling via the RSR Dashboard to maintain strict service level KPIs across all regional clusters.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Act as the key change management champion for new technology adoption among client HR Directors and Procurement heads.
  • Talent Development: Orchestrate "Gr8 Conversations" and 9-box high-potential identification to build a sustainable leadership pipeline.


Who is the Ideal Candidate Persona?

  • Experience: You have 4+ years in a manager or leadership role within an RPO, MSP, or a sophisticated internal regional TA function.
  • Commercial Rigor: You possess strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to manage regional P&L, including GP and Opex targets.
  • Cultural Agility: You are a "connector" who thrives in diverse environments and possesses the Mandarin or Cantonese skills necessary for regional escalation management.
