Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Secretarial Executive to support the delivery of corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of clients. The role involves ensuring compliance with Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate records, and supporting board and shareholder matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for a portfolio of clients (private limited companies, etc.)
* Prepare and file statutory documents with ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority)
* Maintain and update statutory registers and company records
* Draft board resolutions, shareholders’ resolutions, and minutes of meetings
* Assist in incorporation of new companies, striking off, and other corporate exercises
* Ensure compliance with the Companies Act (Singapore) and relevant regulations
* Monitor filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions (e.g. annual returns)
* Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities where required
* Support KYC (Know-Your-Client) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance processes
* Provide administrative support related to corporate secretarial work

Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related field
* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (for junior roles; more for senior positions)
* Familiarity with Singapore corporate secretarial practices and compliance requirements
* Knowledge of ACRA BizFile+ system is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

* Pursuing or holding qualifications from ICSA / CGQP (Chartered Governance Institute)
* Experience in a corporate secretarial firm or professional services environment
