Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft O365 services, including user account management, mailbox administration, and SharePoint site creation.
Assist in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management, including user provisioning, access control, group policy updates, and directory maintenance (preferably certified).
Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experience.
Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems.
Support compliance recording systems (e.g., NICE) where applicable.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and user support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (must have)
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in Microsoft O365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (certification is an advantage).
Familiarity with Cisco Webex and meeting room technologies.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support.
Advantageous to have exposure to NICE compliance recording solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and administrative skills.
Good communication skills and ability to support end users effectively.
