Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Purchasing & Admin Executive to support workshop procurement and daily administrative operations. The role involves supplier coordination, purchase order processing, inventory support, and ensuring smooth procurement activities for workshop operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in related disciplines

• Preferably with at least 2 years of automotive industry experience

• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence

• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and workshop operations is an advantage

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
