MYFutureJobs are currently assisting SINGDA SUPERALLOY (M) SDN.BHD to source for high-caliber leadership talent for their manufacturing operations in Johor.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager with a solid foundation in the metal manufacturing or heavy industrial sector to spearhead market growth and lead local marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with the company’s metallurgy business and strategic objectives.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging market trends to unlock new product opportunities.
• Brand & Promotion: Plan and execute targeted marketing strategies, product promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Event Representation: Organize and participate in major industry exhibitions, forums, and technical marketing events to position the company’s products and services.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the technical sales team on sales pipelines, customer engagement strategies, and key client acquisition.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industrial accounts.
• Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and develop the marketing team, driving training programs and continuous performance evaluations.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor marketing frameworks, propose systematic improvements to processes, and handle other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry Experience: At least 5 years of work experience strictly within the manufacturing/industrial sector—direct experience in metal manufacturing, foundries, or metallurgy distribution is highly preferred.
• Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of proven supervisory or management experience leading commercial teams.
