Job Responsibilities
Be efficient and competent at assigned work stations
Keeping a vigilant eye to kitchen environment and defects on site, be it facilities or equipment
Alerting cinema management team of any defects on site
Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered
Assisting in stock taking
Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock
Storing ingredients and preparing food orders according to prescribed food safety regulations
Job Requirements:
Able to understand and write simple English
Must be physically fit and able to multi-task
Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight
Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
Must be fully vaccinated
