We are supporting our client, a globally recognised Western QSR brand, on a confidential mandate. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the heart of their growth strategy — identifying, negotiating, and securing the sites that shape where they expand next.

They are looking for an experienced Development Manager to join their development function and own the end-to-end property acquisition process.

The Role

A site-finding, deal-structuring, stakeholder-wrangling role at the centre of a high-growth expansion strategy. You will be out in the market using your network and property instincts to identify freehold and leasehold opportunities, assess feasibility, negotiate terms, and drive deals through to possession working closely with legal, construction, franchisees, and senior leadership throughout.

What They're Looking For

• Proven background in retail or commercial property acquisitions (Development Manager or similar)
• Strong deal structuring and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of the local property market
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders — internal and external
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Development or related field
• Town planning knowledge is a plus
