Role: Low-Code Engineer (Salesforce CRM)

Experience: 4–6 yrs. in Salesforce configuration and support

Location: Singapore

What You'll Do:

• Master Salesforce configuration, Workflows, Approval Processes, Flows, Reports &

Dashboards to meet client needs.

• Develop, customize, and maintain sophisticated Salesforce CRM solutions using

standard declarative features.

• Translate business requirements and user stories into technical configurations within

an Agile/Scrum framework.

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure high-quality,

effective platform enhancements.

• Troubleshoot issues, handle system support, implement best practices, and

continuously expand your Salesforce skillset.

• Communicate clearly and proactively, managing expectations and contributing

positively to team dynamics.What You Bring:

• Core Salesforce Configuration: 4–6 years of hands-on experience handling

Salesforce CRM configuration, standard enhancements, and support.

• Platform Expertise: Strong declarative build skills, including advanced Flows,

validation rules, security controls, and object modeling.

• Project Experience: Proven ability through at least one full Salesforce

implementation or major support cycle (experience with 500+ user environments is a

plus).

• Agile Mindset: Familiarity and experience working within Agile/Scrum

methodologies.

• Essential Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and

excellent communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical

experience.

Bonus Points For:

• Active Salesforce Certifications.

• Familiarity with reading basic code structures to collaborate effectively with core

development teams.
