The Role

Engage, advise, grow - here's what you'll be doing:

• Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers through face-to-face and virtual interactions to identify and develop new opportunities
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored compressor solutions, services, and system integrations
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting medium to long-term growth across key industrial sectors
• Deliver compelling technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to a range of stakeholders
• Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities within the core compressor product portfolio
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements
• Lead business development initiatives to expand market coverage and penetration

What We're Looking For

A technically astute, commercially driven industrial sales professional:

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial machinery sales
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Familiarity with semiconductor, food & beverage, or general industry sectors is an advantage
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and business writing skills
• Excellent command of English with strong communication abilities across internal and external stakeholders
