The Role

Lead the team, own the territory - here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Guide and support the team in sales and marketing activities across industrial automation products and solutions
  • Collaborate with principals to ensure the right commercial and technical support is in place for customers
  • Drive opportunity creation and market development initiatives aligned to key industry segments
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, addressing customer needs and building long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and manage territory forecasting
  • Monitor market intelligence and provide insights and feedback to relevant product groups
  • Work closely with the broader sales force to maximise account coverage and commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

A technically aware, commercially driven sales professional:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or application of electrical engineering solutions in Malaysia
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or Technical Sales
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident negotiator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to build strong internal and external networks in a collaborative, team-driven environment
