We're Hiring: Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake)!
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC press brakes, with a strong focus on precision and quality control.

Role: Machine Operator (Bend – CNC Press Brake)
Role Responsibilities As a CNC Press Brake Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating fabrication machinery to bend and shape metal components according to technical specifications.
Machine Operation - Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to produce precision metal components with high accuracy and quality.
Quality Assurance - Inspect finished workpieces and verify compliance with technical specifications using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Production Flow - Manage daily operational activities related to bending machines.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse and Production departments to ensure smooth material movement and uninterrupted production flow.
Workplace Maintenance - Maintain and continuously improve housekeeping standards in line with 5S practices within the production area.
Team Support - Assist in the training and guidance of junior operators or team members when required.
Ad-Hoc Duties - Carry out additional production-related duties assigned by management from time to time.
Role Requirements Education & Experience - Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of direct hands-on experience operating CNC Press Brake machines within the metal fabrication industry.
Technical Skills - Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand mechanical engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Good understanding of engineering tolerances, measurements, and precision fabrication requirements.
- Proven experience in machine setup, including tooling changes and programming adjustments for various product lines and material specifications.
- Knowledge of factory health and safety procedures and compliance standards.
Soft Skills & Physical Attributes - Physically fit and capable of handling production floor duties and manual handling tasks.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Quality & Efficiency - Complete assigned bending and fabrication tasks efficiently with minimal errors and material wastage while meeting production deadlines.
Safety Adherence - Maintain safe working practices by consistently following the Company’s Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
