Coordinating with the Ramp Control Centre, gate staff, baggage unit, load control, tow tug operator, and Pilot-in-Command (PIC) using a headset, walkie talkie or company phone.
Ensuring aircraft safety by adhering airside safety regulations, as well as to the Load Instruction Report (LIR) and Flight Load Data (FLD) for accurate weight and loading compliance.
Efficiently managing manpower to handle aircraft within Precision Time Sequence (PTS) for arrivals and departures.
Cross-training for passenger load bridges (PLB) docking and headset duties for arriving and departing aircraft.
Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for multiple airlines during arrival and departure procedures.
Communicating clearly and effectively in English with the PIC and other POCs as required during duty
KEY REQUIREMENTS
NITEC and/or equivalent
Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, be adaptable to change, and work well in a team.
Conversant and confident in English
5/6 days work week
Company transportation provided for shift between 11:00pm to 6:00am
