Responsibilities
Job Responsibility
To perform on-site preventive maintenance services based on agreed schedule.
To provide adhoc remedial repair service as required by customers.
Ensuring that the system under maintenance are performing with an uptime of not less than 98%.
Meeting desired Service Level that is expected of from the customers/site assigned.
Perform pre-delivery inspection on equipment prior for delivery.
Provide preventive maintenance service and remedial repair services.
Maintain customers install base records.
Handle customers enquiry, feedback or suggestions
Job Requirement
At least ITE Diploma or Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
1 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduate is welcome
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Able to Work Standby & Station in Singapore
Remuneration will be provided for standby duties overtime
Training will be provided
