We are looking for a Data Migration / Conversion Lead with strong healthcare systems experience to drive end-to-end migration activities across critical healthcare platforms and integration environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead data migration and conversion activities for healthcare system implementation projects
• Manage data extraction, mapping, cleansing, validation, testing, loading, and go-live support
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Analyze complex healthcare workflows and data structures
• Support system integration and interfacing activities involving HL7, SFTP, and DICOM
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and status updates
• Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation and go-live phases

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
• Experience in healthcare IT, EMR/HIS, or healthcare digital transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of data migration/conversion methodologies
• Hands-on experience with HL7, DICOM, SFTP, or healthcare integrations
• Good SQL and database knowledge
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Data Migration Consultant, or Healthcare Systems Specialist
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

Preferred Background

Candidates from healthcare technology vendors, healthcare system integrators, hospitals, or government healthcare projects are highly preferred.
