About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to operate from our client's central command centre that

monitors and drives sales performance across all branches nationwide.

You will lead, push, track, and close sales remotely, working closely with branch teams to ensure targets

are achieved daily, weekly, and monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales performance across our clients' branches nationwide.
  • Monitor hourly and daily sales via live dashboards and reports.
  • Coordinate with branch teams to push promotions, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Identify underperforming outlets and execute immediate corrective actions.
  • Track KPIs: walk-ins, conversions, average ticket size, and closing rates.
  • Ensure sales discipline and execution during business hours.

Who Should Apply

  • Strong sales leadership experience (retail or multi-branch preferred).
  • Comfortable leading sales remotely from a command centre environment.
  • Data-driven, aggressive, and result-focused.
