Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our regional HR operations. This role provides exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and regional HR coordination within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding arrangements.
• Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Assist in handling employee relations matters, employee enquiries and day-to-day HR support.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and business teams to provide regional HR coordination and operational support.
• Maintain HR documentation, recruitment records, training records and employee data accurately.
• Support HR initiatives, internal projects and process improvement activities as assigned.
• Participate in cross-regional communication and support urgent HR matters when required.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, onboarding or HR operations.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for business communication purposes.
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and regional working environment.
Willing to support occasional after-hours communication when necessary.
