About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, self-motivated callers to contact potential customers, educate them on our health services, and route qualified leads to our medical team.
No selling pressure — your job is to have helpful conversations and connect the right people to the right care.
What You’ll Do
- Call leads generated by our marketing team
- Educate prospects on our available health services
- Qualify and route interested leads to our doctors
- Log call outcomes after each interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Warm, clear communicator — friendly and professional
- Self-managed and consistent with follow-ups
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or similar tools
Compensation
- Earned per successful conversion
- Structure discussed upon application
