Company Description

Artem PACE is a founder development and startup ecosystem programme focused on supporting aspiring founders and early-stage startups through bootcamps, accelerators, market access, mentorship, ecosystem engagement, and innovation-driven initiatives across Malaysia.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful intern to support both programme execution and marketing efforts for our upcoming initiatives and nationwide programmes.

Role Description

The Programme & Marketing Intern will support the team in programme coordination, startup/community engagement, content creation, and digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, is creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibility

Programme Support

• Assist with coordination and execution of bootcamps, workshops, and ecosystem events
• Support participant onboarding and communications
• Assist in preparing programme materials, presentations, and reports
• Support the coordination with speakers, mentors, partners, and participants
• Provide on-ground event support during programme execution

Marketing & Content

• Create basic marketing and social media assets using Canva
• Draft captions, copywriting, and promotional materials for social media and outreach
• Schedule and manage social media postings across platforms
• Support marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts
• Assist with photography, content capture, and event updates during programmes

Requirement

• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• Good written English and copywriting skills
• Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to travel for programmes and events when required
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building is a plus
• Internship duration Min 3 months
