Job description:

• Conduct research, data analysis, and testing to understand related industries and user mindset & behavior
• Participate in internal and external communication, assist product manager in providing payment expertise and consultation for both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist Product Manager in preparing relevant product documentation, including PRDs and payment method instructions
• Collaborate with product manager to manage platform configuration
• Support product manager in conducting UAT testing
• Work with product manager to monitor and analyze channel performance

Requirement:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Fintech, AI, Economic, Finance, Banking or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions, with the capability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
• Excellent organizational skills, thriving in a matrix environment that relies on high levels of cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
