We are seeking a Network Infrastructure & IT Operations Executive to support administration, operations, maintenance, and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure within the Operations Technology & Corporate IT division. The role involves supporting daily network operations and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring reliable and secure network services, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams for smooth delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Network Operations & Support

• Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure
• Assist in managing LAN, WiFi, WAN, VPN, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
• Perform troubleshooting, incident reporting, escalation, and resolution support for network-related issues
• Conduct equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and inventory tracking
• Maintain network documentation and operational records
  
  

IT Service Management

• Process and manage service requests, incidents, and change requests in accordance with ITSM processes
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and maintenance activities
• Support operational reporting and compliance with internal procedures
  
  

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Support IT infrastructure and network implementation projects
• Assist with requirement gathering, budgeting, procurement, evaluation, testing, and deployment activities
• Coordinate project activities with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and support timely delivery of project milestones
  
  

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, service providers, and vendors
• Support contract administration and vendor coordination activities
• Provide updates and operational reports to relevant stakeholders
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise network operations or IT infrastructure support
• Experience supporting network infrastructure technologies and IT operational activities
• Exposure to IT infrastructure projects or project coordination activities is preferred
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of:LAN / WAN technologies WiFi networks VPN technologies Firewalls Load Balancers
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Understanding of troubleshooting and incident management processes
