The Role
At the centre of enterprise SSO delivery - from architecture to execution.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and external vendors in delivering robust, scalable SSO solutions
• Own end-to-end SSO architecture, design, and implementation aligned with enterprise security standards
• Drive 2FA integrations and ensure SSO solutions meet evolving authentication requirements
• Present and discuss SSO design decisions, progress, and challenges with business and IT stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable SSO technical specifications
• Manage resource allocation, task distribution, and delivery tracking to ensure timely outcomes
• Keep SSO technical and architectural documentation accurate and consistently up to date

What We're Looking For
A proven SSO specialist with deep IAM knowledge and strong technical leadership.

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• 10+ years of application development and delivery experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on Java/J2EE development
• 7+ years implementing SSO solutions, including 2FA integrations - this is essential
• Solid understanding of OIDC, OAuth, and SAML2 frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Access Management and Identity Management ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with IAM/SSO platforms (e.g., IBM Verify Identity Access, ForgeRock IAM, CA SSO)
• Proficient in LDAP, Active Directory, IBM DB2, and JavaScript
• Background in RESTful services, SOA, and enterprise application servers
