We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Quantitative Analyst / Quant Researcher / Quant Developer to design models, analyze complex datasets, and build quantitative systems that support data-driven decision-making and research.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about mathematics, programming, and solving complex real-world problems using data, statistics, and algorithms.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Quantitative Analyst / Quant Researcher / Quant Developer, you will conduct research, develop predictive models, and build tools that support forecasting, optimization, and quantitative strategies. ️
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quantitative Research & Analysis
- Perform statistical analysis on large and complex datasets
- Identify patterns, trends, and predictive signals
- Conduct hypothesis testing and research experiments
- Analyze financial, market, or operational data
- Support data-driven strategy development
Model Development & Research
- Build predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
- Design and test quantitative strategies and algorithms
- Perform backtesting and scenario simulations
- Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings
Quant Development & Engineering
- Develop tools and scripts for data processing and automation
- Build and maintain research and analytics systems
- Work with APIs, databases, and data pipelines
- Optimize code for performance and scalability
- Support automation of quantitative workflows
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support KPI tracking and decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and quality

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra
- Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL and database systems
- Familiarity with machine learning or quantitative modeling is a plus
