We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Quantitative Analyst / Quant Researcher / Quant Developer to design models, analyze complex datasets, and build quantitative systems that support data-driven decision-making and research.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about mathematics, programming, and solving complex real-world problems using data, statistics, and algorithms.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Quantitative Analyst / Quant Researcher / Quant Developer, you will conduct research, develop predictive models, and build tools that support forecasting, optimization, and quantitative strategies. ️

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quantitative Research & Analysis
  • Perform statistical analysis on large and complex datasets
  • Identify patterns, trends, and predictive signals
  • Conduct hypothesis testing and research experiments
  • Analyze financial, market, or operational data
  • Support data-driven strategy development
Model Development & Research
  • Build predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
  • Design and test quantitative strategies and algorithms
  • Perform backtesting and scenario simulations
  • Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings
Quant Development & Engineering
  • Develop tools and scripts for data processing and automation
  • Build and maintain research and analytics systems
  • Work with APIs, databases, and data pipelines
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability
  • Support automation of quantitative workflows
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support KPI tracking and decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity and quality

  • Strong mathematical and analytical thinking

  • Passion for quantitative analysis, AI, or finance
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
  • Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra
  • Proficiency in Python, R, C++, or similar programming languages
  • Experience with data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Familiarity with machine learning or quantitative modeling is a plus
