We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) to support business decision-making by analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements, analyze data, and support projects that improve systems, workflows, and overall business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze existing workflows, systems, and processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support solution design and improvement discussions
• Maintain clear and organized documentation

️ Process Improvement & Operations

• Identify inefficiencies in current business processes
• Support optimization of workflows and procedures
• Assist in developing SOPs and best practices
• Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business and operational data to generate insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting
• Assist in data-driven decision-making processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business, operations, and technical teams
• Participate in meetings and requirement workshops
• Communicate updates between stakeholders clearly
• Support project execution and follow-ups
• Contribute to delivering effective business solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile or project environments is an advantage
