SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Lead the store by representing the brand, driving sales performance, and overseeing daily operations. Ensure high standards in customer experience, visual presentation, and inventory management, while guiding and developing the team to deliver results.


Key Responsibility:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s luxury image.
  • Store Operations: Follow SOPs for opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
  • Inventory & Reporting: Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
  • Compliance & Development: Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.


Key Requirements:

  • Ideal to have at least 8-10 years of fashion retail experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong sales and operational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and store performance.
  • Excellent customer service and clienteling to build strong relationships with potential clients.
