Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with partial flexibility for remote work. The Sales Coordinator will oversee daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include coordinating sales efforts, managing customer inquiries, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless execution of sales-related activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records and collaborating with team members to drive growth and meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure efficient processes and effective team support.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Communication to build relationships and effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Sales with the ability to assist in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the skincare or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software is a plus.


Salary

RM2,800 – RM4,000 (commensurate with experience & skills)
