Role Overview:

We are seeking a Site Engineer to support our Data Centre projects in Johor Bahru. The candidate will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support project delivery according to schedule.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site activities and project execution

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

* Monitor project progress, quality, and manpower deployment

* Prepare site reports and documentation

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field

* Experience in data centre, M&E, structured cabling, or construction projects is an advantage

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Based in Johor Bahru (on-site role)
